JSRCC’s Multicultural Enrichment Council late sponsored “Empowerment: Connecting the Past, Present as well as Future” inwards laurels of women’s history month. Guest speakers from the Virginia Latino Higher Education Network, the Commonwealth of Virginia as well as the Virginia Court of Appeals led a panel give-and-take close their journeys to success as well as their views on women inwards the modern world. CBS 6’s Reba Hollingsworth facilitated the discussion. An afternoon panel consisted of woman individual students from Reynolds, University of Richmond, as well as Virginia Commonwealth University. Students shared their stories as well as aspirations from the perspective of immature women on the verge of entering the workforce.
